Afternoon Tea at The Zign Hotel is a feast for the eyes as much as for the palate. As a masterpiece of design, the hotel showcases a modern transformation of art through time. Tea is served at the Dazzle Lounge, where guests can enjoy an elegant setting featuring eclectic installation art and crystal mosaic embellishments. A dazzling central island elegantly defines the lounge areas, allowing guests to relax while enjoying outdoor views in air-conditioned comfort.
The tea selection features “Dilmah” Sri Lankan Ethical Tea, with all packaging profits retained in Sri Lanka, known as single-origin tea.
Indulge in a selection of smoked salmon bagels, smoked chicken breast and avocado croissant sandwiches, followed by cranberry and beetroot scones. Highlights include Quiche Lorraine, corn tarts, Madeleines, and Sachertorte.
All of this is served alongside your choice of loose-leaf tea and, if you’re feeling extra fancy, a bottle of sparkling wine or a glass of non-alcoholic mocktail.
